MINDFUL THEME-ORIENTED WORKSHOPS FOR AGES 6-12
Yoga poses - Breathing & relaxation - Building positive self-image, self-respect, & self-love - Teaching respect & extending kindness to others - Activities to improve focus & relieve stress - Games, music, and lots of laughter!
Each workshop is for 4 consecutive weeks, every Wednesday from 3:00 - 4:00 PM
