SCHEDULE

All of our teachers are trained to teach multi-level classes and most of our classes are small and intimate.  So whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will be given the attention necessary to have a positive and rewarding experience. We ask that you register for your classes using the MindBody App or https://explore.mindbody.io/fitness/studios/hanford-yoga-pilates before class. If you need help with this give us a call and we will be happy to assist. You can register for yoga classes at the studio at the time of your first class.
