9:00 - 10:15 am- Morning Flow Yoga with Christy

3:00 - 4:15 pm- Yoga for Kids (4 Week Workshops, Starting in May)

6:00 - 7:00 pm- OOV with Jill H.

Friday

9:00 - 10:15 am- Morning Flow Yoga with Christy

Saturday

9:00 - 10:15 am- Beginners & Beyond Morning Yoga with Shanon

10:30 - 11:30 am- OOV with Jill H.

Sunday

10:00 - 11:00 am- Sunday Flow Yoga with Shanon
